My Grandmother has been here for two weeks visiting. We all love her so much!! One day we had a special brunch with the whole bunch of us!! My family of 4, my brother's family of 8 and my Grandma. We went to a really fun restaurant that had this cool tractor and hay wagon parked out front. Here are all the kids together. What amazing kids we have!

For my birthday I was given this very cool cake from my nieces and nephews. Isn't it great?!?!It looked just like a cheeseburger! The buns and burger were all chocolate and vanilla cake. The mustard, ketchup, and lettuce were all icing. Yummy!!! There was even frosting on the top for sesame seeds! I loved it!!
I had such a wonderful birthday this year. The greatest present being that I was at home surrounded by the people that I love, and not in the hospital!! I have so much to be thankful for!!
